CEO - Afnane Zeroug
Afnane ZEROUG is an entrepreneur, trained as an architect and graduated from the University of Blida, after a stint in Asia she decided to return to Algeria and shortly after founded UBUILDERS.
Passionate about Art, she specializes in the development of tertiary spaces, for their complexity and singularity as well as the multitude of creative possibilities that they offer.
She is particularly interested in new design trends for professional spaces in their plurality.
Committed to different causes, she defends an economy serving people and the living world. In 2020, she chaired the International Young Leaders Center for two years, an employers' movement of more than 6,000 leaders in 18 countries committed to humane and responsible management.
She holds an Executive MBA from IAE Paris and the University of Dauphine PSL and is currently doing a research thesis where she is interested in essential questions linked to the future of workspaces and the impact of these latest on employee engagement. Engaging and responsive offices influence collaboration and innovation.
